Delivery and return

Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods  were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days. 

We offer worldwide standard shipping through UkrPoshta within 12-16 business days. 

UKRAINE. Delivery time takes between 2-4 days depending on your location.

BLCKTRIBE cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of BLCKTRIBE.

 TAXES AND DUTIES 

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.

RETURN

For a comfortable return, please follow the instructions of our manager

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore please write us to: blcktribe.eu@gmail.com and specify:

-  return causes

- product photos, if it is damaged or defective

The goods return is made at the Buyer’s expense. It means that the Buyer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. We will subtract the shipping cost from the refund amount in case the delivery cost is not paid.

Please note that such product categories are not refundable:

• -Tights, socks, stockings.

• -Leotards/ swimwear.

• -Corset goods (corsets).

• -Lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, leggings, bicycles, sconces, bras, bodysuits.
