Delivery in Ukraine is made through Nova Poshta according to the carrier’s tariffs.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?
We want you to have your new swimwear as soon as possible, so order is typically ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time takes between 10-14 business days for worldwide orders and 2-4 days on delivery within Ukraine.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items in original condition to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (we do not refund potential shipping costs).
Swimwear, lingerie are not allowed to return. Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns for these items.
